Ground

Visualize roots growing from the soles of your feet deep into the Earth. With each breath, feel stability, nourishment, and calm flowing upward.

5 Minutes

Connect

Place one hand on your heart, one on your belly. Silently say: “I connect with my highest self. I welcome clarity, peace, and guidance.” Stay open to any subtle feelings, warmth, or images.

2 Minutes

Activate

Imagine a column of golden-white light descending from above your head. See it filling your body, energizing your cells, balancing your energy. If you like, picture this light gently “switching on” your inner wisdom (like activating DNA codes).
